Welcome to Bwenzi La Mulungu (Friend of God) Global Outreach in Malawi! We’re thrilled you’ve found us. Our journey began in 2018, as Gerald aproached Jimmy Akimu after witnessing the inspiring deaf ministry. Jimmy, with his advanced diploma in Biblical Ministries and passion for spiritual and mental health, leads this growing community. Starting with just 20 members, FOG Malawi now blossomed to over 100, a testament to God’s work. As Jimmy shares, “We are dedicated to showing God’s love to everyone, especially those often overlooked.” Despite Malawi’s challenges, we’re building a welcoming space where everyone experiences God’s love, grows in faith, and finds belonging.

Our Work in Malawi

At Friend of God Global Outreach (FOGGO) in Malawi, we are witnessing transformative change through our focused efforts. We are deeply committed to spiritual growth, and with FOGGO support, individuals are enabled to travel to various locations to preach the Word of God, reaching even remote destinations where deaf communities reside. Furthermore, we celebrate the growing number of individuals who have been baptised, including those outside of our immediate city, signifying the expanding reach of our ministry. As a local voice within our community expresses, “We are seeing the power of faith move across Malawi.” Together, we are building a stronger, more spiritually vibrant Malawi—one soul at a time.
